Drop Box:
A 24-hour drop box is located outside the front doors of Village Hall at 319 2nd Street. Another drop box is located outside the utility office door located in Village Hall.

On-Line Bill Pay:
Customers can view and pay their utility bills through the utility's on-line bill pay system - Xpress Bill Pay. Click Here.
Credit/Debit Card:
Customers can use their credit/debit card to pay for their bill through the utility's on-line bill pay system - Xpress Bill Pay. Click Here. The Utility does accept credit/debit cards for payment in the utility office during normal business hours.
Utility bills are due at the utility office by the 25th of each month, unless the 25th falls on a weekend, or a celebrated holiday, then the utility bills are due the next business day after the 25th. A 3% penalty (minimum $0.50/per service) is charged to late bills. A $30.00 charge will be applied to a customer’s account when a check is returned to the utility for non-sufficient funds (NSF).
