Contractor update from the site foreman:
* Tree contractor should be onsite next week.
* They are working on the sewer main between Railroad St and 1st Street. They should reach 1st Street midweek and will continue on sewer the remainder of the week between 1st Street and 2nd Street.

The contractor gave a tentative timeline of construction that is subject to change:
*Mobilize week of April 27
Railroad to 1st Street – 5/4 (utilities)
- Sanitary will be installed first
- Followed by water
1st to 2nd street 5/11- 7/31 (utilities)
- Sanitary will be installed first
- Followed by water
- Storm last after all sanitary and water complete railroad – 5th street
2nd – 3rd street 5/25- 7/31 (utilities)
- Sanitary will be installed first
- Followed by water
- Storm last after all sanitary and water complete railroad – 5th street
3rd to 4th street 6/1- 7/31 (utilities)
- Sanitary will be installed first
- Followed by water
- Storm last after all sanitary and water complete railroad – 5th street
4th to 5th street 6/8- 7/31 (utilities)
- Sanitary will be installed first
- Followed by water
- Storm last after all sanitary and water complete railroad – 5th street
Following utility work:
- Sidewalks – 7/31 – 8/14
- Curb & Gutter 7/31 – 8/7
- Restoration 8/10- 8/21
- Road Grading 8/10 – 8/21
- Paving 8/24 -8/28
- Road Markings– 8/27 – 8/28
April 20, 2026
- Construction officially starts Monday, May 4, 2026.
- The contractor will begin bringing in equipment/signage on Monday, April 27, 2026.
- They will begin with sewer work at the 11th Ave/Railroad St intersection and work their way down.
