Downtown Area Road Closures during New Glarus Blues, Brews & Food Trucks Festival

Event to take place July 14th

The New Glarus Blues, Brews & Food Truck Festival, a new event for 2018, will draw visits to downtown New Glarus on Saturday July 14th, with live music from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

Please make note of the following road closures prior to traveling around downtown New Glarus during the Blues, Brews & Food Truck Festival:

  • 4th Avenue (between Railroad St and 2nd St) will be closed beginning on Friday, July 13th for installation of tent until 12:00 a.m., Sunday July 15th.

New Glarus was established as a Swiss Colony in 1845 and incorporated as a Village in 1901. The Village has retained its Swiss charm with Alpine-style architecture, ethnic festivals and Swiss delicacies. The Village is located in beautiful Green County in south central Wisconsin. We are just 28 miles south of Madison and 17 miles north of Monroe on State Highway 69.
